Christian founded The Vegan Accords to confront one of the most urgent challenges of our time: transforming widespread awareness and individual conviction into coordinated, large-scale collective action capable of driving systemic change.
As Chief Executive Officer of FICS, a Canadian management consulting firm specializing in leadership, governance, accreditation, and organizational development, Christian works with organizations across Canada and internationally to navigate complex challenges and drive meaningful change.
Drawing on his experience in facilitation, systems thinking, organizational leadership, and social impact, he brings a movement-building approach to The Vegan Accords—focusing on the cultural, community, and institutional conditions necessary to accelerate the adoption of plant-based living.
His work is grounded in the belief that lasting change happens when individuals, communities, and institutions move together toward a shared vision.
Director of Education & Development
Kathrina brings extensive experience in leadership development, facilitation, organizational strategy, and program design.
As Director of Education & Development, she leads the design and development of educational initiatives that support individuals, communities, and organizations in advancing plant-based living. Her work focuses on creating opportunities for learning, engagement, and participation while helping build the knowledge and capacity necessary for lasting social change.
Throughout her career, Kathrina has worked with organizations to strengthen leadership, navigate complexity, and create environments where people and ideas can thrive. Her expertise in systems thinking, collaboration, and organizational development helps shape The Vegan Accords’ approach to movement-building and community engagement.
Kathrina plays a key role in developing programs, resources, and partnerships that help translate the organization’s vision into meaningful action.
